What is your Affiliate Program?

We operate a very simple two-tier affiliate program system which gives each affiliate member double the ability to earn. And it’s totally FREE to join. You don’t need a website to get started. Simply click here now to register, start referring customers and start earning from day one!

With our two-tier affiliate program you will earn up to 25% commission on each sale from any of your personal referrals via your own affiliate link. On EVERY purchase we pay 20% commission – whether a new or returning customer - with no limit on your earning potential.

As an EXTRA benefit, the second tier of our two-tier affiliate program allows you (the affiliate) to earn commission from any referrals introduced by the people you have directly introduced (sub-affiliate). Meaning that whenever your sub-affiliates refer sales, you earn a percentage of these commissions too! We will pay you 5% commission - with no limit on your earning potential.

This is where our two-tier affiliate program proves to be potentially very lucrative!

When you register with our affiliate program you’ll be given your own affiliate link. You can use this link on your website (if you have one) and/or promote it to your contacts/email list. It’s as simple at that! Plus you'll get immediate access to our exclusive affiliate members area. You can log in and view online anytime, to get real-time statistics and affiliate reports to help gauge your affiliate performance. You'll be able to see just how much money you’re making on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.

And unlike some other affiliate programs, once customers' names are recorded on our system as being referred by you, regardless of how they repeat order from us over the following 12 months you will receive any commissions due.

Where does the information come from?

England and Wales are separated into over 220 court areas that deal with home repossessions. The leads we supply are sourced by a detailed cross-referencing process from a wide variety of sources which is time consuming and potentially costly. Our aim is to provide these leads at a competitive price, providing you a cost-effective alternative to having to spend your valuable time and money sourcing this information yourself. However, we also offer a FREE Replacement Guarantee for any incorrect or undeliverable leads you might receive (see Do you offer any guarantee? below).

How do I buy Leads from you?

First you must register your details with us. Once registered, you will be able to access the full system: view the Court area(s) you are interested in and quantities of leads available. Simply make your selection and add to your shopping cart. When finished, you can make online payment using major credit/debit cards and once payment has been confirmed, your leads will be automatically delivered to your account. Just click on My Account and download your leads.

How are my purchased Leads supplied to me?

They are available for you to download from your My Account section – for security reasons they are NOT sent via email. All our leads are supplied in a document file (in csv format - comma-separated-value). This file can be read by any spreadsheet (eg Microsoft Excel®) or imported into most database programs. From these types of programs you can create mailing labels or mail-merged letters.

Do I need to enter into any Agreement or Contract?

No. There is NO need for any contract, agreement or otherwise. There is no minimum or maximum order requirement – you can buy just 1 lead if you wish.

How much do the Leads cost?

All are very competitively priced! You can order as many leads as are available from over 220 Court areas across England & Wales. All prices are subject to VAT (currently 17.5%).

Are there any finders fees or extra charges?

No. You just pay for the lead, there are NO extra finders or administration fees. Which means that all profit from your conversion(s) is totally yours!

Do you offer any guarantee?

The leads we supply are not guaranteed sales, they are an opportunity for our subscribers to contact homeowners who are involved in the process of repossession, who may consent to the quick sale of their property at a discount. We are not accountable for the homeowner’s ability to enter into a property sale.

However, we offer a “FREE Replacement Guarantee” and will replace any lead for the following reasons:
1. Should contact details supplied by us be incorrect
2. Duplicate lead (previously supplied within the last three months).

Are the Leads I purchase exclusive to me?

Yes, we only sell 1 lead to 1 customer. It is first come, first served, so none of our other customers will receive the same lead. However we do not warrant exclusive supply of homeowner’s contact details - as such we cannot be held accountable should these be available from other sources. What we can say is the homeowner has NOT been contacted previously by us.

How often do Leads become available?

Leads are being added as notifications come through about pending repossessions, and are sold as each relevant order is placed – on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase the leads in your chosen Court area(s) as soon as they become available. Although repossessions are continuously rising day by day (some 50% up on last year) we cannot guarantee the volume of supply in any particular area.

Is the date you feature the first repossession hearing?

We aim to provide the initial hearing date - however it is not always possible to know if the date featured is the homeowner’s first or not. We aim to provide leads anywhere from 7-28 days prior to such a date. This should be taken as a guide only and is NOT guaranteed. Therefore it is in your interest to act immediately after receiving your lead.

What do I do with these leads once I've purchased them?

Act immediately – all the leads are time-sensitive. As soon as you have received your lead you can send either a letter, a leaflet or mailing announcing yourself and how you can help them with their situation.

How do I make contact with the homeowner?

As soon as possible – primarily to providing a solution to their problem which is usually repossession due to debt.

How do I respond if I am asked where I got the details from?

Just explain you obtained their details from a specialist list broker. We are such a list broker and provide just the homeowner’s name, address and postcode which is cross-referenced from a variety of sources.

Do you have a sample letter I can alter to suit me?

Yes we do! When you Register and buy 5+ leads we'll provide you with two established template letters.

Can I have a free trial?

Unfortunately, no. Our leads are sold at a very competitive price allowing you to test the leads at minimal cost, and you get to keep all profits of any conversion(s). So it would not be viable, financially or administratively, for us to allow free trials. Also as our leads are priced very competitively, they present an opportunity for you to ‘practice’ your contact and conversion techniques and create potential profit at the same time.

Can I reserve a Region for exclusivity?
